About the Role

We are hiring a Copywriter to own all written communication at Indian Farmer. This high-ownership role demands original thinking and original writing. Dependence on AI for writing is not acceptable.

The role covers both social and brand writing. You will write for LinkedIn, X, websites, landing pages, internal documents, and any place where words shape trust and action.

This role is for a strong writer who understands storytelling, thinks clearly, and can convey ideas with precision using minimum words.

Key Responsibilities

• Write platform-specific copy for LinkedIn, X, and other social channels, with strong hooks, narrative flow, and clear messaging adapted to each platform.
• Write and refine copy for websites, landing pages, brand communication, internal documents, and business communication.
• Use storytelling aligned with Indian Farmer’s voice to structure ideas clearly, hold attention, and guide the reader from context to action without over-explanation.
• Handle multiple writing requirements in parallel and deliver consistently within timelines.
• Build and maintain writing frameworks, tone guidelines, reference documents, and systems that improve speed over time.
• Use tools for workflow, review, and collaboration only. Writing must be original and human-led.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or brand writing roles.
• Strong storytelling ability with clear narrative structure and message flow.
• Proven ability to write across multiple formats and platforms, not limited to one channel.
• Excellent written command of English. English proficiency is required.
• Comfortable rewriting, editing, and tightening copy until it is precise.
• Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable owning output end-to-end.
