Role Description
The Creative Copywriter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, digital campaigns, branding materials, social media, and marketing collateral. The Creative Copywriter will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to develop concepts, refine brand messaging, and ensure consistent tone and style across all deliverables. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas, conducting research on client industries and target audiences, writing and editing content, and adapting copy for multiple formats and platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong copywriting skills for digital and print mediums, including website content, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, brand narratives, and messaging frameworks aligned with client objectives.
- Proficiency in researching industries, audiences, and competitors to inform compelling and accurate content.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills, with attention to grammar, tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO-friendly writing and content optimization.
- Comfort collaborating with design and development teams, and translating visual ideas into effective copy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a creative agency or design-focused environment is preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and commercial writing work is required.
