What you’ll do
• Copy and content for performance marketing,CRM, website and more.
• Develop strong selling concepts, hooks, and narratives that drive conversions
• Work closely with performance marketing to build ad creatives, funnels, and CRO-led flows
• Translate brand stories into high-impact performance messaging
• Analyse ad performance and iterate creatives using data and insights
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in content, advertising, or D2C growth
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems
• Ability to create selling ideas, not just write copy
• Experience with high-growth D2C brands is a strong advantage
• Comfortable balancing creativity with numbers and outcomes
