Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, versatile Copywriter who can bridge the gap between business strategy and creative storytelling. You won't just be "writing catchy lines"; you will be responsible for owning the voice of the brand You will work closely with our marketing team to build campaigns from scratch and ensure that every piece of communication - be it a WhatsApp blast or a 20-page case study is punchy, accurate, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop original "Big Ideas," creative hooks, and conceptual themes for various brand initiatives and campaigns.
● Create high-performance, persuasive copy for growth-led initiatives, including email marketing, direct messaging, and digital ads.
● Develop sharp headlines and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) that drive measurable user engagement. ● Take full ownership of brand voice consistency, proofreading, and fact-checking across all internal and external touchpoints.
● Turn around witty and relevant copy for topical trends and time-sensitive announcements with speed and precision.
● Adapt complex messaging for different stages of the consumer journey to ensure maximum impact and clarity.
What We Are Looking For
● 2–3 Years of Experience: Preferably in a creative agency or a content-heavy brand.
● Ability to shift between a prestigious, high-brow tone for flagship properties and high-urgency, "hard-sell" copy for tactical sales.
● Skilled at organizing complex data into digestible marketing collateral like dossiers, pitch decks, and landing pages.
● A perfectionist with zero tolerance for typos, ensuring all collateral is error-free and ready for print or digital release.
● A self-starter who can translate a raw marketing brief into a full set of assets (headlines to body copy) with minimal supervision.
