We are seeking a talented and witty writing Creative Copywriters to join our growing team and contribute to our success through compelling and engaging copywriting.
What you’ll actually do:
Write scroll-stopping, witty, brand-aligned copies for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Craft sharp captions, campaign lines, hooks, taglines & post conceptsUnderstand and adapt to multiple brand voices — premium, youth, government, corporate, lifestyleTurn trends, pop culture & insights into on-brand content (not forced, not cringe)Collaborate with designers, strategists & social media teams to build campaign-led content, not random postsThink beyond “posting” — you think branding & storytelling.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has agency experience Lives and breathes social media — you consume content as much as you create it. Can write short-form copy that sells, connects, or entertains. Understands brand tone, voice, and positioning. Can explain why a line works — not just that it “sounds nice ”Knows the difference between viral copy and on-brand copy.
Must-haves:
3–4 years of copywriting experience in a marketing/advertising agency.
Strong portfolio with real social media work (live brand pages > PDFs)
Experience writing for multiple industries or brandsAbility to write fast without losing quality.
Nice to have:
Campaign experience (launches, elections, festive, brand repositioning, etc.)
Experience working with ministries, public figures, or large brandsUnderstanding of performance-driven content (what works & why)
How we evaluate you:
No long assignments.
Short, practical task to test tone, creativity & brand thinking.
If you can switch voices effortlessly and write lines that make people stop scrolling — you’ll fit right in.
