The Role
You will craft copy across campaigns, digital platforms, brand collaterals, and presentations, ensuring every word aligns with each client's voice and strategic vision. Working closely with designers and strategists, you will develop concepts, translate briefs into compelling narratives, and shape messaging that moves people. The role spans the full creative process - from the first spark of an idea to the final word on the page. You will have a seat at the table in brainstorming sessions, contribute to pitches, and help shape the creative direction of the brands we work with.
What You'll Do
- Own a brief from concept to final copy, understanding the strategy behind it, shaping the idea, and seeing it through to execution.
- Write across formats and platforms including social media, blogs, collaterals, scripts, and presentations, adapting your voice to suit every brand and every brief.
- Go beyond the brief and dig into what makes each audience tick; their habits, their language, and what they care about, then write for them first.
- Develop key messages that don't just inform but compel, because every piece of copy should make someone feel something and do something.
- Stay sharp on cultural shifts, industry trends, and what's cutting through the noise across categories.
- Be an active, confident voice in brainstorms, bring ideas, push concepts further, and help shape the creative direction of every project.
- Present your work with clarity and conviction, to the internal team and directly to clients when needed.
- Take feedback openly, collaborate generously, and leave every brief better than you found it.
What We're Looking For
- A distinct writing voice that knows when to be bold, when to be subtle, and how to adapt seamlessly across brands without losing its edge.
- Genuine curiosity about people, culture, and the world your audience lives in.
- The ability to work across formats and platforms without losing quality or intent.
- A collaborative nature and the self-awareness to know that the best work is rarely made alone.
- An understanding of brand, marketing, or communications; and if you've worked in retail, real estate, or with new-age brands, even better.
Compensation
₹2.76 - 3.60 LPA, based on experience
