OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Creative Content Writer will craft compelling long- and short-form content that reflects Karma Group’s brand voice across digital, social, and member communications. This role involves developing Member marketing comms, newsletters, social media copy, ad campaign copy, and resort destination profiles, while also supporting email marketing, press features, and reputation management. Collaborating with global teams, the creative content writer will transform complex offers into aspirational narratives that drive engagement, brand affinity, and consistency across all platforms.

As the Creative Content Writer, you will craft compelling content across digital, social, and member communications, maintaining Karma Group’s distinctive brand voice. This role transforms ideas into aspirational narratives that build engagement, consistency, and global brand affinity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write and edit long-form content such as resort profiles, newsletters and EDMs, as well as short-form content including social media copy, Ad copy, and captions.
- Maintain and evolve Karma Group’s tone of voice across social media, website, marketing campaigns, ads, and performance creatives.
- Conceptualize and craft engaging, platform-specific content that drives community engagement and brand affinity.
- Translate complex offers, services, and brand messages into simple, aspirational, and persuasive narratives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
- Apply a nuanced understanding of how luxury brands communicate to ensure consistency, sophistication, and aspirational appeal in every piece of content.
- Contribute to member-facing communications, newsletters, and community engagement initiatives.
- Draft and manage email marketing campaigns and event-driven communications.
- Draft brand messages to support reputation management.
- Support the creation of press materials, media features, and other brand visibility content.
- Develop social media content strategies, manage paid and creative ad copy, and contribute to overall digital content planning and tone of voice refinement.
- Write SEO-optimised content for web pages, blogs, and landing pages to improve organic discoverability.
- Track and report on content performance using analytics tools, using data insights to refine content strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form content.
- Strong command of English with excellent editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to craft content tailored for multiple platforms (blogs, social media, email marketing, ads).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimisation best practices.
