Role Overview

ANSR is looking for a Content Strategist – Manager to lead the development of compelling, insight-led content that strengthens our brand, supports business growth, and drives engagement across key audiences. This role will be responsible for shaping content strategy across channels, building high-value narratives around the GCC ecosystem, and delivering content that positions ANSR as a thought leader in the market.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with strategic thinking, editorial rigor, and a sharp understanding of how content can support brand, demand generation, executive visibility, and market influence.

Key Responsibilities

●     Develop and own ANSR’s content strategy aligned to brand, business, and marketing priorities

●     Create and manage content across formats, including thought leadership articles, whitepaper/eBooks website copy, executive communications, case studies, and sales enablement materials

●     Build compelling narratives around GCCs, enterprise transformation, talent, innovation, and the broader business ecosystem

●     Partner closely with leadership, marketing, design, sales, and subject matter experts to identify content opportunities and bring ideas to life

●     Translate complex business themes into clear, engaging, and audience-relevant content

●     Drive content planning through editorial calendars and campaign-based execution

●     Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication channels

●     Manage end-to-end content development, from concept creation and briefing to writing, editing, review, and publishing

●     Optimize content for digital performance, audience engagement, and channel relevance

●     Track content effectiveness and use insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes

●     Stay current on industry trends, especially within the GCC, enterprise, startup, and innovation ecosystem, to identify timely and relevant storytelling opportunities

●     Mentor internal or external content contributors and help maintain a high editorial standard across outputs

Qualifications and Experience

●     8–12 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, brand communications, corporate communications, or B2B marketing content

●     Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different formats and audiences

●     Proven experience building content strategies that support brand positioning and business objectives

●     Experience working in B2B, consulting, enterprise technology, professional services, or related sectors preferred

●     Strong understanding of digital content, social media, executive profiling, and thought leadership programs

●     Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

●     Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

●     Familiarity with the GCC ecosystem, India business landscape, or enterprise transformation themes is a strong advantage
