About The Bae ShopThe Bae Shop is India's first intentional organiser brand for women. Not pouches. Not bags. Organisers with compartments that have a reason, details that are designed, and a system that actually thinks about what she carries, how she carries it, and when she reaches for it.
The brand was born from a frustration Samridhi Goel kept running into: well-researched skincare, beautiful jewellery, carefully chosen makeup, all of it carried in some generic pouch that wasn't designed for any of it. The market kept assuming pretty was enough. It wasn't. So she and Rahul built something different. Every compartment has a reason. When her things are in place, her mind is too. And when her mind is right, she's unstoppable.

The RoleTLDR: You will own and create content across all our channels - social, ads and creators.
This is a hands-on content and creative strategy role. You will own the brand's voice and creative output across every surface - Instagram, Meta ads, creator briefs, product launches, reels, stories, and beyond.
You will think in concepts and execute in content. You understand the difference between a generic post and an intentional one, and you'll never let the former go out.
The work you do should make someone stop, look twice, and say: " This is differentā.
Requirements- Based in Bangalore, this is an in-office role, with flexibility to WFH as needed.
- 0ā2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing skills - you can write a hook, a caption, and a creator brief, and they all sound different from each other.
- Visual sensibility and taste - you understand what clean, intentional, and premium looks like, and you can brief others to execute it.
- Genuinely curious about how women in our target audience live, shop, and organise their routines.
- Comfortable with AI tools as a creative accelerator.
- You should be good and have a snack at storytelling
- You should be willing to feature in the content as and when needed
- Ability to shoot and edit on a phone
What Youāll OwnContent Strategy & Social Media- Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram - feed, reels, stories with a clear content strategy behind it
- Know the difference between what works on Reels versus Stories versus feed versus ads, and plan accordingly
- Write reel scripts, hooks, captions, and story sequences, words that stop the scroll and connect a feature to a real moment in her life
- Stay tuned into social trends and cultural moments and translate them into Bae-relevant content not chasing formats, but using them with intent
- Always ground content in use cases: getting ready, packing, daily routines, desk-to-dinner. The formula is: show the scenario, show the Bae solution, land on the feeling of being sorted
Creative Direction & Production- Write detailed creator briefs and shot lists that give collaborators everything they need, the scenario, the problem, the Bae solution, the emotional payoff
- Identify and coordinate with creators and influencers: the right profiles are makeup artists, travel creators, cabin crew, GRWM creators, people with authority in routines and packing, not generic lifestyle handles
- Build moodboards and visual references that translate brand direction into shootable, produceable output
- Create posts, stories, and basic creatives using Canva, with an eye for what looks clean, intentional, and consistent with the brand's visual identity (white, purple, minimal, no clutter)
Ad Creative
- Conceptualise and write ad creatives for Meta, hooks, primary text, headlines always led by the insight: generic pouches weren't designed for anything, this was.
- Think in formats: UGC-style video, static, carousel, problem-solution splits and know when each earns its place.
- Work with performance marketing to understand what angles are winning and iterate creatively on them.
- Never lead with aesthetics alone. Every ad should connect the product design detail to a real problem she's lived.
Strategy & Ideation
- Work directly with the founders on campaign ideation, launch content, and marketing strategy
- Build a deep understanding of how the urban Indian woman behaves, browses, and buys and let that inform every creative decision
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, spot trends, and generate hooks faster not as a shortcut, but as a creative accelerator
- Hold the brand standard: if it looks like something any other brand could have made, it doesn't go out

- Understand the brand vocabulary. We say organiser, not pouch. Intentional, not pretty. Sorted, not organised. Designed for, not made for. This matters.
- Be adaptable. We're early-stage. Roles expand, priorities shift, opportunities appear. Flexibility is a superpower here.
