The Role

We aren’t looking for a traditional "Social Media" user who just posts pictures. We need a creator. You will be the visionary who takes an idea from a whiteboard, scripts it, shoots it, voices it, and manages its performance across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Content Creation: Conceptualise, script, and shoot high-quality video content (Reels, YouTube, Podcasts).
• Voice & Personality: Provide professional voiceover and host podcasts or video programs representing the brand.
• Strategy & Planning: Maintain a comprehensive content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Platform Management: End-to-end management of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Evaluation: Analyse content performance and pivot strategies based on what resonates with the student community.
• Programming: Develop "show-style" content series (inspired by radio programming logic) to keep the audience engaged.

Who You Are:-

• The Creative Mind: You don't just follow trends; you find ways to apply them to the "Study Abroad" niche.
• The Performer: Background in Theatre, Radio, or influencer marketing is highly preferred.
• The Strategist: You understand how a production house or radio station programs content to keep listeners/viewers hooked.

Requirements:-

• Background: Experience in Radio (Programming), Theatre, or a Production House is a major plus.
• Skills: Exceptional command over Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• Mindset: A "can-do" attitude—willing to jump in front of the camera or behind the mic at a moment's notice.
• Tech Savvy: Familiar with social media algorithms and content creation tools.

Location: Bhopal, MP

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with a strong creative portfolio are welcome!)
