About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Creative Content Strategist who can ideate, plan, and produce impactful content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
This role requires someone who understands content beyond aesthetics — someone who can align creativity with business goals and audience psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Plan and create engaging content across platforms
- Write and oversee captions, scripts, blogs, and campaign messaging
- Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality creatives and videos
- Manage and optimize social media presence and engagement
- Conduct content research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Contribute to campaign ideation and execution
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to improve reach and engagement
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and storytelling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
- Creative thinking with a strong sense of visual and narrative aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing tools, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of content analytics and performance tracking
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
- Candidates must share a portfolio/work samples, including:
- Social media content (posts, reels, campaigns)
- Writing samples (captions, blogs, scripts)
- Any personal or professional creative projects
