Role Description The Creative Content Producer will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing multimedia content that promotes Jaipur Engineering College’s academic programs, campus life, and events. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur includes producing video content, writing and editing copy for digital and print platforms, and developing engaging storytelling for social media and the college website. The role involves coordinating with faculty, students, and administrative teams to capture key activities, conducting basic interviews, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels. The Creative Content Producer will also assist in content scheduling, maintaining an organized content library, and analyzing engagement metrics to refine content strategies. Collaboration with the marketing and communications team to support campaigns, outreach initiatives, and promotional materials is a core part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in content production and content management.
- Candidates should possess video production skills, including shooting, editing, and basic post-production.
- Candidates should possess content strategy skills to plan and structure campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Candidates should possess writing skills for web, social media, and print materials.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in media studies, communications, journalism, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common content and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Prior experience in educational or institutional content creation is an advantage, though not mandatory.
