We’re Hiring: Creative Content Producer (Video + Graphics) 🎬
We’re not looking for someone who just creates reels.
We’re looking for someone who understands why reels work.
What You’ll Do:
• Execute reels and ad videos end-to-end
• Shoot and edit with speed and precision
• Take initiative to improve ideas, not wait for instructions
• Create supporting graphics for social media and advertisements
• Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and overall content performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects)
• Deep understanding of Instagram trends beyond the surface level
• Ability to think in terms of storytelling, not just transitions
• Proactive and self-driven mindset
• Ability to deliver quickly without compromising quality
If your portfolio only showcases cinematic shots without storytelling or performance-driven thinking, this role may not be the right fit.
However, if you closely analyze scroll behavior, saving patterns, ad hooks, and content structure—we’d love to connect.
