About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused individual who can handle both visual design and content production across multiple brands and industries.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital marketing, social media trends, performance creatives, and AI-powered creative workflows. The candidate should be capable of creating impactful static and video content that aligns with different brand identities, audiences, and business goals.
You will work on a wide variety of projects ranging from social media campaigns and ad creatives to website assets, UGC videos, podcasts, and brand storytelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Branding
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta platforms
- Create social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, emailers, and campaign assets
- Maintain brand consistency across different brands and categories
- Create presentation decks and marketing collaterals when required
Video Production & Editing
- Shoot and edit UGC-style content
- Create reels, short-form videos, and promotional edits
- Handle podcast shooting and editing workflows
- Edit videos for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design
Creative Strategy
- Understand different customer personas and create content accordingly
- Research trends, hooks, and viral content formats
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign ideation and execution
- Create multiple creative variations for ad testing
AI-Driven Creative Work
- Use AI tools to improve speed, ideation, and creative quality
- Generate concepts, visual references, mockups, and content using AI
- Explore new AI tools and workflows for creative production efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and branding
- Experience in video editing and short-form content creation
- Good understanding of social media content trends and ad creatives
- Ability to handle multiple brand styles and communication tones
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Basic understanding of photography/videography and framing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
Software & Tools
Candidates should have hands-on experience with most of the following:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- CapCut
- Figma
AI Tools:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney / Leonardo AI
- Runway
- Adobe Firefly
- Other AI-assisted creative tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience working with D2C brands, agencies, startups, or content-focused teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives is a major advantage
