🎯 What You’ll Do- Create scroll-stopping content daily (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Turn ideas into viral concepts + performance creatives
- Work directly with performance marketers to scale winning creatives
- Crack hooks like:
- → “Why this ad worked”
- → “Why this failed in 3 seconds.”
- Produce UGC-style content that sells, not just looks pretty
- Jump on trends FAST (speed > perfection)
- Test, fail, iterate, repeat
🧠 What You Must Have- 1–2 years in content/social/creative
- You’ve actually created content, not just “managed pages.”
- Basic editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva)
- Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
- You naturally think:
- 👉 “What’s the hook?”
- 👉 “Will this retain attention?”
- 👉 “Will this convert?”
🔥 Bonus Points If- You’ve made a video that crossed 50K+ views
- You understand performance marketing creatives
- You’ve worked with D2C / e-commerce brands
