What working at Missing Millions would feel like:
We are a small and passionate team working on a space that is still evolving. Very few organisations focus on vocational and educational pathways for this specific age group, and even fewer centre creative skill-building in the way we do.
This means we are constantly building, testing, and refining our approach. As a team member, your voice and perspective will play an important role in shaping the work. There is room to experiment, take ownership, and explore ideas beyond conventional approaches.
While the work can feel fast-paced and sometimes scrappy, it also offers the space to develop your own voice and style, while contributing to meaningful learning experiences for the fellows.
How the application process works:
- Initial Application: Please email your CV to sajid@missingmillions.org.in and reslee@missingmillions.org.in
- Introduction Round: If shortlisted, you will be invited for a 30 min chat with the team to explore synergies and check for skill, experience and value alignment for the role.
- Pre-work: If shortlisted in the intro round, you will receive a pre-work to explore and experience the role and for us to have glimpse of your technical fit for the role
- Technical and Culture Fit: At this stage, there will be discussions around your pre-work and clarification of any aspects, team may need at this point. This round will also include culture fit discussion to understand your working style, expectations while sharing cultural aspects of working at Missing Millions.
- Final Decision: Post the technical and culture fit round, it takes about 5-7 days to receive a formal communication on the selection update.
