We work with a portfolio of D2C brands across wellness, FMCG, lifestyle, and e-commerce. We help founders build brands that not only look good but actually grow.
We’re not looking for someone who just designs — we need someone who can build and scale creative that actually drives growth.
The Creative Brand Lead will take full ownership of brand strategy and performance creative across our brand portfolio. This role sits between brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and hands-on creative work — ensuring every touchpoint from paid ads to emails to landing pages is both on-brand and built to convert.
In the beginning, this is a maker role. You will be directly involved in building creatives, shaping frameworks, and setting quality standards. As the team and function grow, the role evolves into a strategic leadership position.
This is not a pure design role — strong exposure to performance marketing and ads is required.

• Collaborate with Product Team on AI Agent
development and prompt engineering
• Make decisions aligned with company values
Key Ownership Areas
• Own brand strategy end to end — positioning,
messaging, tone, visual direction
• Lead creative across paid, lifecycle, and retention
channels
• Set quality standards and performance
benchmarks
• Build structured testing systems
• Drive AI-powered creative workflows
• Execute creatives while building scalable
frameworks
Key Responsibilities
1)
Brand Strategy & Stakeholder Leadership
• Translate founder vision into clear brand direction
• Ensure consistency across ads, website, CRM,
and content
• Lead stakeholder conversations with clear
recommendations
• Use data and insights to guide decisions
2)
Creative Direction, Quality & Performance
• Define creative standards across all touchpoints
• Guide paid campaign creatives
• Work with performance teams to improve results
3)
Hands-On Creative Execution
You will directly create:
• Paid social creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) —
static + motion
• Short-form video / animation ads
• EDM / lifecycle creatives
• Landing pages and A/B test variations
4)
Innovation & AI Integration
• Experiment with formats and storytelling
• Use AI tools for ideation and production
• Improve outputs with design and motion
5)
Brand Governance & Systems
• Maintain brand consistency
• Build playbooks, templates, and libraries
• Ensure platform best practices
Ideal Qualifications
Must Have
• Strong balance of strategy + execution
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube creatives
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Canva, Figma proficiency
• 4–6 years relevant experience
• D2C / agency / startup background
Good to Have
• AI tools experience
• Creative systems building
• After Effects / Premiere basics
