Job Description – Creative Associate

About The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive
Creative Associate to join our content team. If you're passionate about social media, storytelling, AI-powered content creation, and producing engaging content that performs across platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scripting, brainstorming creative ideas, coordinating shoots, and working closely with content creators to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn content.
- Assist in planning and executing social media shoots.
- Create AI-powered videos, tutorials, and creative content.
- Develop storyboards and content concepts.
- Coordinate with the coaching and social media teams.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on video edits.
- Manage creator collaborations and ensure smooth content execution.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist during content shoots and pre-production activities.
- Prepare treatment notes and presentation decks (PPMs).
- Support the team with creative direction and day-to-day content operations.
Requirements
- Strong scripting and content production skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and viral content.
- Highly creative with a passion for storytelling.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with content planning, pre-production, or creator-led brands is a plus.
