We’re hiring: Creative Associate (Onsite — Dwarka, Delhi)
Psycho Scaling is looking for a sharp Creative Associate who understands Gen Z culture + Indian fashion scene and can turn that into Meta ad creatives that actually convert (not just “nice content”).
Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (Onsite)
Work Days: 5 days/week
Salary: ₹22k–₹25k/month (based on skill)
Joining: Immediate
What you’ll do (daily work):
- Research winning Meta ads (hooks, formats, pacing, angles, captions)
- Spot trends in Reels/TikTok + fashion culture and convert them into ad concepts
- Write/assist with scroll-stopping on-screen text + ad copy angles
- Create creative briefs for designers/editors + coordinate execution
- Basic edits in CapCut (trim, captions, text overlays, pacing, audio)
- Coordinate with brand owners + media buyers for creative planning & approvals
You should be strong at:
- Creative research + trend spotting (not surface-level)
- Copy sense (hooks + short punchy text)
- CapCut editing basics
- Clear communication + coordination (you can explain ideas properly)
Bonus (nice to have):
- Basic Meta metrics understanding (CTR, CPC, CPA, hook rate)
- UGC scripting + influencer research
- D2C/e-commerce or agency experience (fashion preferred)
