We're hiring a Creative Director – Art to lead bold, business-driven creative work for a leading integrated marketing & advertising agency.
We're looking for an enterprising, ambitious creative leader who combines exceptional design thinking with strong business acumen. If you've built award-worthy campaigns, led high-performing creative teams, and enjoy working directly with clients to solve brand challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creative vision across integrated campaigns and brands.
- Mentor and inspire a team of Art Directors, Designers, and Motion Graphic Artists.
- Drive creative excellence while aligning ideas with business objectives.
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and strategic creative conversations.
- Champion innovation by integrating AI and emerging creative technologies into workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 14+ years of experience in a creative/advertising agency.
- Strong foundation in Art Direction with expertise in Motion Graphics.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and premium brand campaigns.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building impactful creative work.
