We are seeking a talented Creative Art Director with 3 years of experience to join our team, where you will spearhead the visual direction of our client campaigns. We’re looking for a visionary leader who can transform strategic insights into captivating creative solutions that resonate with audiences across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative strategies that align with client objectives and drive engagement.
• Direct the creation of compelling visual content for advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and market trends.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate innovative ideas and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the copywriter to develop clear and innovative ideas and concepts.
• Lead a talented team of designers and art directors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies to enhance creative outputs and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3 years as a Creative Art Director or similar role in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and design excellence.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of new-age AI tools.
• Experience & versatility to manage brands across different industries.
