Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Creative Art Director to join our on-site team in Gurugram. The Creative Art Director will oversee the creative concept development, design, and execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include developing and implementing creative strategies, guiding the branding process, leading a team of graphic designers, and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. The role will also involve brainstorming innovative ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to convert ideas into engaging visual concepts.
- Strong skills in Art Direction and Branding to maintain consistency and deliver impactful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Graphics design, including a deep understanding of design tools and trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to lead creative teams and liaise with clients effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in the marketing domain and a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects that highlight a strong track record in meeting strategic objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
