Job details:
We’re Hiring: Creative & UGC Lead — Co-Founder / Partner
Company Description SocialTribe.co is a digital marketing agency dedicated to closing the gap between marketing intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The team builds strategies that blend creativity with measurable performance, helping brands grow across social and digital platforms. By combining insights, experimentation, and analytics, SocialTribe.co crafts campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver clear business outcomes. The company fosters a collaborative environment where ideas, innovation, and testing are encouraged to shape impactful marketing solutions.
We’re looking for someone who can build, own and scale our Creative + UGC vertical — not just make things look good and call it a day.
This is a Co-Founder / Partner-level opportunity, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, building things from scratch, working with clients and figuring things out without needing a 12-step approval process.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Video Editing
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- 3+ years of experience in UGC
- Agency experience is mandatory
- Experience working with D2C brands is mandatory
- Strong experience writing UGC scripts and developing concepts
- Experience building UGC workflows, processes and templates
- Understanding of performance-driven creative
- Comfortable working directly with clients and leading creative projects
Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA + Incentives
Basically, if you can go from “here’s the brief” → “here’s the idea” → “here’s the content” → “let’s see if it actually works”, we’d love to talk.
And if you’ve worked with D2C brands and agency life, even better. We already speak the language.
