1. Brand Strategy & Identity
Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms
Define and enforce brand guidelines (visual, tone, typography, motion)

2. Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Design high-quality marketing creatives (ads, brochures, proposals, presentations)
Create Apple-style minimal, high-impact designs
Develop sales collateral, investor decks, and corporate branding materials
Maintain a design system library for scalability and consistency

3. Video Production & Motion Design
Edit and produce high-quality videos (corporate, site, reels, ads)
Create motion graphics, animations, and storytelling content
Develop brand films and project showcase videos
Ensure cinematic, premium visual storytelling

4. Website Development (Webflow)
Design and manage company website on Webflow
Optimize for UI/UX, performance, and conversion
Regularly update content, landing pages, and case studies
Ensure fast-loading, responsive, and SEO-optimized pages

5. Social Media & Content Management
Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars with consistency and strategy
Create engaging, high-value content aligned with brand voice
Track performance and improve engagement, reach, and conversions

6. SEO & Digital Growth
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Optimize website and content for search visibility and ranking
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Improve organic traffic and inbound lead generation

7. Performance Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversions
Work closely with sales for lead quality and funnel improvement

8. Branding Systems & Automation
Build repeatable templates, workflows, and automation systems
Standardize design and content processes for speed and scale
Integrate branding with CRM, ERP, and sales systems where required

9. Project & Execution Management
Deliver weekly output targets with clear timelines and KPIs
Handle multiple projects with speed, precision, and accountability
Ensure zero-delay execution mindset

10. Innovation & Brand Evolution
Continuously explore latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Bring new ideas for branding, storytelling, and digital experience
Benchmark against global brands (Apple, Tesla, etc.)

Key Skills Required
Strong expertise in Graphic Design (Adobe Suite / Figma / Canva Pro)
Proficiency in Video Editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
Experience in Webflow website development
Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Hands-on experience in Social Media Management & Content Strategy
Knowledge of Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
