Creative 3D Experiential Designer
(Specialized in Weddings & Social Events)
Role Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced 3D Experiential Designer for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Hyderabad. We are specifically looking for a designer who specializes in weddings and social events, with strong expertise in creating immersive wedding environments, decor concepts, and luxury event experiences.
The role involves conceptualizing and designing captivating 3D spaces, wedding setups, event environments, exhibition stalls, and experiential brand experiences through high-quality visualizations and creative presentations. The designer will closely collaborate with the event styling, production, and client servicing teams to transform ideas into visually stunning and executable experiences.
Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, and M.I.C.E. projects will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative 3D concepts, wedding setups, stage designs, decor layouts, social event environments, exhibition stalls, and experiential brand experiences.
- Develop realistic 3D renders, layouts, mockups, mood boards, and creative presentations for client approvals.
- Design creative spaces for weddings, social celebrations, corporate events, exhibitions, stalls, and experiential marketing projects.
- Collaborate with client servicing, production, and event styling teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align event designs, branding elements, and creative concepts with overall brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Create thematic decor concepts, floral styling references, entry setups, mandap concepts, lounge layouts, stage environments, and guest experience zones.
- Modify and optimize designs based on client feedback and production requirements.
- Stay updated with wedding decor trends, materials, styling concepts, and experiential event design techniques.
- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics, event themes, and creative standards.
- Deliver high-quality visuals within project timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience & Salary
- Mid Level: 3–5 Years
- Senior Level: 8–12 Years
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree / Diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D Design, 3D Modeling, Rendering, and Visualization software.
- Strong understanding of spatial design, event styling, wedding dedcor aesthetics, and experiential environments.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and presentation design.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail and a passion for immersive event experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an event management and production environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience in weddings and social events is mandatory.
- Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, stalls, and M.I.C.E. projects will be an added advantage.
