Role Description
We are seeking a Creative 3D Experiential Designer for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Hyderabad. The role involves creating captivating 3D designs, developing engaging experiential concepts, and bringing ideas to life through high-quality visualizations. Day-to-day tasks include designing 3D models, animations, and graphics, with a focus on incorporating innovative lighting and spatial elements to enhance event experiences. Collaboration with the production and event styling teams is essential to ensure that designs align with client visions and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative 3D concepts, stage designs, wedding setups, event environments, and brand experience visualizations.
- Develop realistic renders, layouts, mockups, and creative presentations for client approvals
- Collaborate with client servicing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
- Prepare, create, and share quotations, cost estimates, and service proposals based on client requirements and event specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, budgeting, and timely submission of quotations
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align event designs, branding elements, and creative concepts with overall brand identity and campaign objectives
- Design creative spaces for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects
- Modify and optimize designs based on client feedback and production requirements
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, lighting concepts, and event styling techniques
- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics, event themes, and creative standards
- Deliver high-quality visuals within project timelines
Experience & Salary : Mid level (3-5 years)
Senior Level (8-12 years)
Qualifications
- Master Degree/Diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts
- Proficiency in 3D Design, 3D Modeling, and Animation
- Strong skills in Lighting and its application in experiential design
- Knowledge of Graphic Design principles and software
- Creativity with attention to detail and a passion for immersive design
- Ability to work collaboratively within an event management team
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in event management or experiential design is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
