About the role
We're looking for a Figma Expert with a strong portfolio and a passion for interactive, intuitive design. This role calls for a design visionary with hands-on experience in UI/UX, interactive prototyping, and an eye for digital storytelling.
You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead high-impact design projects from concept to execution—delivering best-in-class experiences for global brands and forward-thinking startups alike.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design of web, mobile, and interactive experiences using Figma
- Collaborate with developers, 3D artists, motion designers, and brand strategists
- Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs, clickable prototypes, and interaction specs
- Utilize tools like Spline, Lottie, Rive, Webflow, Adobe CC, After Effects, Framer, and more
- Push the limits of interactive storytelling and modern design standards
- Translate complex problems into simple, user-friendly interfaces
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and clients
- Manage a design portfolio of over 100 projects showcasing your breadth and depth of design work
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level Figma skills – component systems, variables, auto layout, and prototyping are second nature
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and web design
- A standout portfolio (100+ projects) featuring live web experiences and interaction design
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
- Familiarity with 3D and motion tools: Spline, Lottie, Rive, Three.js, GSAP
- Possesses advanced knowledge of programming languages including Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies
- Experience working with developers and contributing to production-ready front-end
- Proficiency with tools like Webflow, Framer, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Passion for innovation, detail, and user-centered design
