About the role

Key Accountabilities

  • Effective lead management and qualification
  • Efficient coordination of meetings and communications between business development consultants and prospects
  • Accurate maintenance of CRM data and timely reporting
  • Assistance in preparing and reviewing proposals

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with incoming leads through calls and emails within specified timelines to gather information about their requirements and assign them to the appropriate business development consultant
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and business development consultants, ensuring smooth communication
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead information in the CRM system
  • Manage follow-up communications to keep prospects engaged and ensure they progress through the sales pipeline, if required
  • Prepare and distribute reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and pipeline progress
  • Assist in reviewing and refining proposals to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations
  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant in document preparation, and CRM data management related to business development operations
  • Stay informed about legislative and legal changes that could impact CBC's business environment, and communicate relevant updates to the business development team
  • Research and identify networking events that can serve as effective lead generation tools for the business development team
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of business development activities
  • Conduct research with government and free zone authorities to assist the business development team with inquiries
  • Ensure proposal templates are well-maintained and updated as needed
  • Provide the team with daily updates on relevant industry news

Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • Arabic language skills are a plus
  • 3+ years of experience working in corporate/professional services within the UAE
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Must be able to multitask and handle heavy workloads efficiently
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • High degree of maturity, integrity, and energy, with good judgment and listening capability
