Human Resources (HR) Internship in Pune

Responsibilities

As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as updating employee records, managing HR documents, and organizing employee files.
• Participating in employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing HR support to staff.
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and training programs.
• Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Contributing to the overall success of the HR department by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
