</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations and manage carpentry projects from start to finish.</li>
<li>Coordinate and supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Train and mentor junior carpenters, fostering skill development and teamwork.</li>
<li>Manage inventory and order materials as needed to meet project deadlines.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct quality control inspections to uphold our high standards of craftsmanship.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety.</li>
