<div>```HTML Construction Team Lead Job Description</div><div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Construction Team Lead to join our team at CSM Tuscaloosa LLC. As a Construction Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a production team in various construction projects and will have oversight our residential and commercial worksites.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Installing moisture barrier in crawlspaces including full encapsulation</li>
<li>Oversee Structural repairs in the crawlspace</li>
<li>Ensure quality work and a high level of customer service is delivered to our customers.</li>
<li>Be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate with the Production Manager and adjust accordingly.</li>
<li>Manage jobsite: safety, efficient workflow, quality work, timeliness, materials procurement, work folders, professional communication with customers and office staff.</li>
<li>Daily plan and manage tools and materials efficiently and effectively.</li>
<li>Communicate consistently, giving daily updates to the management team on job status and communicating with Operations on inventory needs, including supplies for upcoming jobs as well as stocked items.</li>
<li>Represent the Crawlspace Medic brand with the utmost respect and professionalism.<br><br>

</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience with construction and repair (preferred), most notably repairs in the crawlspace, including structural repair (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation/ waterproofing (interior french drains, moisture barriers, dehumidification systems).</li>
<li>Willing to be flexible in duties from day to day and hour to hour.</li>
<li>Has a Driver’s License, and is able to pass a DMV license check and have reliable transportation to and from work.</li>
<li>Has excellent Leadership and people skills, professional in their interactions with both customers and coworkers.</li>
<li>Has a strong desire to reach and exceed set goals in all areas of the job.</li>
<li>Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.</li>
