Key Clients Management & consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers. Ensuring service development to improve customer satisfaction and productivity and retention. Preparing & finalizing commercials for OOG / over dimensional / Heavy Breakbulk or project cargo. Synergize inter office coordination and liaison with various network offices globally within the company to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Responsible for handling complete door to door Project / Break Bulk operations & Pricing.
