Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 26 years in the broadcast industry as a meteorologist, which helped develop strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.<br><br>I’m a graduate of Mississippi State University and a proud spouse and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and are big Disney fans, always looking forward to our next adventure together. <li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.</li>
