<strong>ABOUT OUR AGENCY:<br></strong>Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four focused on building something meaningful together. Before becoming an agent, I worked for a State Farm agent and pursued this path even when it felt out of reach - an experience that shaped my belief in growth, persistence, and pushing beyond comfort zones.<br><br>I’ve been married to my wife for 13 years, and we have three boys who keep life busy and fun. Family is a big part of who I am, and that perspective influences the way I lead and support our team. We stay connected to the community through involvement with the local Chamber of Commerce and look for ways to continue building relationships locally.<br><br>For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, sick days, a 401(k), work-life balance, and licensing paid up front to support your development.<br><br>Our office culture is high-expectation but supportive. <li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.</li>
