About the role
Craft My Plate is looking for a Mid–Senior Level Product Designer to help shape the future of our catering platform. If you're passionate about user-centered design and love crafting seamless digital experiences, this is your chance to work at the intersection of food, tech, and creativity.
What you'll do:
Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and strategy discussions
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Evolve and maintain a consistent brand identity across all user touchpoints
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Lead designers and oversee intern contributions
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
Strong command of Figma and other design/prototyping tools
A portfolio that demonstrates your process, problem-solving, and finished product — especially in app design
Solid understanding of UX principles, mobile-first design, and accessibility best practices
Experience leading or mentoring design teams is a plus
Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Bonus: Experience in food tech, catering, or e-commerce industries
