Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA. Work and Deliver Indoor design solutions independently. Travel as per Business requirement. Work with MA Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner Candidate should be able to understand the design requirements from customer and provide the right solution. Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution Excellent communication skills The skills you bring Should be familiar with Indoor Radio network Design and Planning principles. Prepare tapping diagrams and BoQ for IBS implementation. Familiar with indoor system passive/active components: Splitters, couplers, combiners, attenuators, etc Should be familiar with interpreting results of walk test Should be able to analyze walk test log files using TEMS or any other similar tool. Should be familiar with Propagation losses, link budget, RF Components placements, Designing Distributed Antenna Systems, Coverage Prediction, 3D modeling of buildings/Venues in planning tool. Strong knowledge of GSM, WCDMA and LTE network Design concepts Working knowledge on 5G design would be an added advantage. Ericsson Radio system product knowledge (Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS etc ) Product knowledge on 3PP PDAS components Should have hands on experience in PDAS In-building Design Mandatory to have working knowledge on iBwave tool.
