HubSpot Administrator - Automation Specialist

• We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of HubSpot across multiple business functions. • Implement and manage HubSpot Products, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization. • Develop and maintain custom integrations, automation workflows, and data migration tools using Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay. • Support internal teams by building in-house solutions to enhance operational efficiency within the HubSpot ecosystem. • Lead third-party API integrations to streamline data flow between HubSpot and other business tools. • Drive AI-based enhancements within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging OpenAI for intelligent recommendation features. • Oversee HubSpot onboarding and training, ensuring best practices and proper usage across departments. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
