Job Description

• Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden im Tagesgeschäft sowie für die Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
• Sie übernehmen die operative Vorbereitung von Vertragsstarts sowie die Organisation und Durchführung von operativen Einführungsgesprächen mit Neukunden
• Sie erfassen Neuverträge und Vertragsänderungen im System
• Sie überwachen und steuern die Forderungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung
• Sie analysieren Schwachstellen und sorgen für deren nachhaltige Behebung
• Sie übernehmen die Erstbetreuung bei technischen Fragen zur Datenübermittlung
