Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a CQA Vendor Qualification professional. The role involves managing vendor qualification processes, evaluating supplier quality systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Key responsibilities include performing supplier audits, maintaining vendor documentation, addressing non-conformance issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Vendor Qualification processes, Supplier Quality Audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and familiarity with CQA guidelines and standards.
- Proficiency in Documentation Management and corrective action planning.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health and wellness industry is a plus.
