Role Overview :
As a Clinical Quality Analyst (Reviewer) – Physiotherapy, you will play a key role in reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting audit processes within a US Home Healthcare environment. This is a desk-based role focused on maintaining clinical accuracy, improving documentation quality, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review clinical procedures and documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Conduct clinical audits and provide constructive feedback for process improvement.
- Analyze clinical data and prepare quality reports.
- Support internal client audits and mock audit activities.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with evolving clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT).
- 0–1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare-related setting preferred.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work US Night Shift schedules and weekends as required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations will be considered.
Shift & Location :
Shift Timing: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (5 days/week)
Work Location: Elippode, Thirumala, Trivandrum
