Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CQA Manager with 7 to 9 years of experience in the IT healthcare domain to lead and manage quality assurance activities across healthcare products, clinical applications, and compliance-driven processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, process improvement, audit readiness, and adherence to healthcare standards such as HIPAA, FDA, GxP, and ISO guidelines. .

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Clinical Quality Assurance and analytics operations within the healthcare IT environment.
Oversee productivity, quality, operational dashboards, error trend analysis, and employee performance reporting.
Provide actionable operational insights and recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and service quality.
Analyze client feedback, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Product Improvement, and Database teams to enhance reporting accuracy and backend data quality.
Manage ad-hoc analytical tasks, user onboarding validations, and data governance activities.
Lead and mentor the analytics/reporting team while ensuring timely delivery of reports and business intelligence outputs.
HCC coding and medical coding experience require.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
7 to 9 years of experience in Clinical Quality Assurance, healthcare analytics, or healthcare operations.
Experience in Risk Adjustment Coding operations or healthcare product-based companies preferred.
