Job Description Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Regional Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling ERP implementation services for Oracle Fusion Cloud, Agentic AI, Products and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) offerings. This role involves engaging with CXOs, identifying opportunities, and driving large enterprise cloud deals from qualification to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute market and go-to-market strategies for Oracle Cloud solutions tailored to target industries and regions.
- Oracle Alignment: Build and maintain strong working relationships with Oracle sales representatives to drive joint opportunities and co-selling motions.
- Demos & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and solution presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Oracle SaaS and OCI offerings.
- Pipeline Development: Create and manage a qualified pipeline of minimum $1 million, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue predictability.
- Lead Qualification: Own the qualification process—identify high-potential opportunities, assess fit, and prioritize efforts effectively.
- Client Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to build trusted, long-term relationships and position Conneqtion Group as a strategic Oracle partner.
- End-to-End Sales: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution alignment to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Presales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to design and present customized Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Travel: Travel onsite to client locations as needed for meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- CRM & Forecasting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Market Awareness: Stay current with Oracle's roadmap, commercial models, and competitive positioning.
- Account Planning: Contribute to account planning, joint Oracle campaigns, and large deal strategies.
- Business Process Mapping: Demonstrate strong understanding of customer business processes and map them effectively to Oracle Cloud solutions.
