As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing Salesforce from the ground up to meet the unique needs of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce.
● Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom Lightning components.
● Implement integration solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems, such as Dealhub for Salesforce (Dealhub CPQ), ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
● Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, to optimize user experience and enhance productivity.
● Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, integration and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality and address complex business requirements.
● Perform data migrations and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product management, to drive Salesforce adoption and support business objectives.
● Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features to continuously improve our Salesforce instance and maximize its value to the organization.
● Provide technical guidance and support to Administrators and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
● Proven experience in implementing Salesforce from initiation to deployment, preferably in a subscription-based business environment.
● Hands-on experience with Dealhub for Salesforce (Dealhub CPQ) or similar CPQ solutions is highly desirable.
● Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
● Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms.
● Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
