We're Hiring Ground Instructor (Pilot Training)
Location: Hyderabad

Aviacons is looking for a Ground Instructor to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you have strong aviation knowledge, teaching experience, and the ability to mentor aspiring pilots, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction for DGCA CPL/ATPL subjects
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
- Simplify complex aviation concepts through practical teaching methods.
- Mentor students throughout their ground training journey.
- Assist in curriculum planning and academic development.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet one of the following:
- CPL/ATPL Licence Holder (Indian or Foreign) with prior teaching experience, or
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering with relevant instructional experience.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience handling or managing a Pilot Ground Training Institute / Ground School Operations.
- Experience in academic coordination, faculty management, student administration, or overall institute operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA syllabus, aviation regulations, and pilot training requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
