Position: Pilot Training Counselor
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide aspiring pilots on CPL training programs and career pathways.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate program information.
- Assist with admissions, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to ensure smooth candidate enrollment.
- Represent High Aero Academy at aviation events and career fairs, when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (aviation background preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for aviation and ability to motivate and guide students.
- Prior counseling, sales, or aviation experience is a plus.
