We are Hiring for CPL Delivery Manager (International)
We are looking for an experienced CPL Delivery Manager to lead and scale affiliate campaigns across domestic and international markets.
Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon (Onsite)
Experience: 2-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CPL campaigns (International).
- Onboard and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
- Monitor daily campaign performance (leads, quality, ROI, approvals).
- Optimize traffic sources to achieve delivery and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure lead quality as per client requirements.
- Scale profitable campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CPL affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of domestic & international traffic sources.
- Experience handling direct publishers, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
- Strong analytical skills and performance tracking expertise.
- Ability to manage revenue targets and delivery pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, Trackier, etc.).
- Knowledge of compliance and lead validation processes.
- Existing affiliate network connections (added advantage).
