Conductor/Operations

Help move trains and make critical decisions. As a Conductor/Operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trains. You will work closely with the Engineer to ensure the proper handling of all rail equipment and adherence to operating rules and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with dispatch and other field personnel as needed. This is a safety-critical role that requires attention to detail, quick decision making, and the ability to work as part of a team.
