Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a CPC Trainer based in Guntur East, with an option for partial remote work. The CPC Trainer will be responsible for delivering Certified Professional Coder (CPC) training programs, designing and updating course content, mentoring and evaluating trainees, and ensuring that participants meet certification requirements. The role will also involve staying updated on AAPC guidelines and conducting workshops and doubt clearance sessions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in CPC training, curriculum design, and knowledge of AAPC guidelines
- Proficiency in medical coding concepts, including ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
- Strong mentoring, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in conducting workshops and evaluating trainee performance
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid setups
- Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is a must
- Proven experience in medical coding training or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
CPC Certified (AAPC)
1+ year experience in Medical Coding/Training
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS
Good communication skills
