Role Description The CPaaS & WhatsApp Automation Expert will design, implement, and manage communication workflows using CPaaS platforms and WhatsApp automation tools to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves configuring and maintaining automated messaging journeys, integrating APIs with CRM and other systems, and ensuring reliable delivery and performance of campaigns. The role includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, optimizing existing automation processes, creating test plans, and collaborating with marketing and tech teams to align solutions with business goals. The expert will monitor campaign metrics, document configurations, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Process Automation and Automation skills to design, optimize, and manage end-to-end communication workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting capabilities to identify, analyze, and resolve technical and integration issues in CPaaS and WhatsApp systems.
- Candidates should possess experience in creating and executing Test Cases to validate automation logic, messaging flows, and system integrations.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance across all automated campaigns and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CPaaS platforms (e.g., Twilio, MessageBird, or similar) and WhatsApp Business API or equivalent messaging solutions.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting or programming for integrations and workflow configuration.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to document processes and technical configurations clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
