About the Role
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for Workflow Automation within IBM's Data Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their Workflow Automation. This role involves delivering expert services to help clients maximize the value of their Workflow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Expert Services: Provide world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of clients' IBM BAW, IBM CP4BA and other related solutions.
- Implement Solutions: Collaborate with clients to implement Enterprise Workflow solutions, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the technology.
- Analyze Client Needs: Work with clients to analyze their enterprise needs and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Optimize Workflow Solutions: Apply expertise to optimize Workflow solutions, ensuring clients get the most value from their investments.
- Support Client Adoption: Support clients in adopting and using Workflow solutions, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
